Irene
aged 30-40 . Bobby’s domineering fiancée engaged to him for 5 years. Irene follows him to Deadrock and finally accepts the fact that Bobby won’t marry her because he loves Polly. Then Irene falls madly for Lank Hawkins whom she seduces with her song “Naughty Baby.” She needs to be sexy, dance well and be an excellent comedienne.
Ensemble Dancers/Singers
HARRY, PETE, CUSTUS, JIMMY,BILLY, WYATT, JUNIOR
All aged 18 – 40. Harry is the bartender, Billy, Wyatt and Junior are the card players. All these men have lines of dialogue and need to be tappers and dancers to partner the follies girls. All these men involved in staged gun fights for the tourists.
FOLLIES GIRLS–singing and tapping girls including Tess and Patsy. All must be good singers and dancers.

Those people auditioning for Ensemble tracks must attend the dance call.
Sides/Music provided are for callbacks only. However, due to the short time between preliminary calls and callbacks, feel free to print and familiarize yourself with the material on the chance you are asked to come back.
For the February 12 Dance call, please be warmed up and ready to dance when the call begins. All those auditioning should have tap and character shoes. Women’s shoes should have a heel. Some may be asked to stay and sing after all have danced. Please prepare 16 bars of a song appropriate for the season. Bring other selections, as a contrasting song may be requested. Accompanist provided.
For the February 13 audition, Please prepare a short song and/or monologue appropriate for desired role.
